Team Imerman Angels - 2025 Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle

Start the spring off with the Bank of america shamrock shuffle !

The Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle is the unofficial start of the Chicago running season. This spring, Team Imerman Angels is fielding its own team for this fun 8K (just under five miles) event and we invite you to be a part of it. This event provides a way for team members that are already registered for a 2025 event through Team Imerman Angels (e.g. NYC Half, Run the World events, Sydney, Berlin, Chicago or New York City Marathons) to be able to meet their teammates before training starts in late spring (at least for those in and around Chicago). At the same time, this event is a great way to join Team Imerman Angels (new team members and past team members) for those that don't want to do a fall marathon and still want to be a Team Imerman Angels member in 2025. Either way, we're all going to start the running season off on the right foot (bad pun) and create a ton of awareness of the mission of Imerman Angels to the more than 25,000 participants in the Shamrock Shuffle. Whatever your speed, join Team Imerman Angels and start the spring off right!

Here's what you receive as a Team Imerman Angels member:

• Race Day Hospitality at the Congress Plaza Hotel - we'll be there at 6:30am on event day so you have a place to keep warm and meet the team. You can use the Team Imerman Angels private gear check there so you can head directly to the Start and bypass long lines at the Event gear checks. After the race, we'll be open until 12 pm with donuts and coffee. 
• The 2025 Team Imerman Angels Shamrock Shuffle Shirt - a green technical fabric short sleeve run t-shirt with a Shamrock theme to it - see below. This is your event day shirt that helps create awareness of the mission of Imerman Angels - we run so no faces cancer alone. 
• Discounted Shamrock Shuffle Registration Fee (Special $46 entry fee for Team Imerman Angels team members instead of the public entry fee of $61 (which increases to $71 closer to the event). Each team member must register for the event on their own - Team Imerman Angels will send you a registration link for the special $46 entry fee ($41 for the 2 mile walk). If you already registered on your own, that is fine and you can still be a part of the team, of course.  
• Most importantly, the knowledge that you're helping provide one-on-one support to cancer fighters, survivors, previvors and caregivers. 

Here's How to Join the Team: 

There are two Participant Types for team:

1. Current Team Imerman Angels Members (those that are part of a 2025 event such as the BMW Berlin Marathon, Bank of America Chicago Marathon, United Airlines NYC Half or the TCS New York City Marathon): If you are already fundraising for a 2025 Team Imerman Angels event, there is no fundraising minimum or component for the Shamrock Shuffle team. Instead, there is simply a team fee to cover the costs of the shirt and race day hospitality of $50.

2. Previous Team Imerman Angels Members and New Team Imerman Angels Members: If you've been a part of Team Imerman Angels in past events (2008 to 2024 events), we'd love to have you back on the team! And if you have never been on the team, this is your year to be a part of Team Imerman Angels and be a part of this wonderful organization that helps anyone impacted by cancer. Your registration fee is $100 (which counts as a donation to Imerman Angels and is used toward fundraising incentives - see below) and there is no minimum fundraising that you need to complete (although, you will automatically receive your own fundraising page when you join the team and are welcome to ask friends, family and colleagues for donations to support Imerman Angels). If you would like to fundraise and raise $250 or more, you will receive a cool Team Imerman Angels t-shirt (a different one from the Shamrock shirt above) and if you raise $500 or more, you'll also receive a equally cool Team Imerman Angels hoodie. And, remember that your $100 team registration fee counts as a donation, so you've got a great head start.

If you have already registered for the Shamrock Shuffle, we will not send you the link as you are already registered.
